Returns
- We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- Some items, such as perishable goods or hygiene-related products, may not be eligible for return for safety and hygiene reasons. Please check the product page for details on return eligibility.
How to Initiate a Return
- To start the return process, please contact us at ambergbeauty@icloud.com with your order number and details of the item you wish to return.
- We will respond with instructions on how and where to send your return. Please do not send your purchase back without contacting us first.
- You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refunds
- Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
- If the item is not returned in its original condition, a partial refund or store credit may be issued.
Late or Missing Refunds
- If you haven’t received a refund within the stated time, first check your bank account or contact your credit card company. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need to exchange an item, contact us at ambergbeauty@icloud.com for instructions.
Non-Returnable Items
- Gift cards
- Sale or clearance items (unless defective or damaged)
- Opened or used skincare products (due to hygiene concerns)
Shipping Issues
- If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at ambergbeauty@icloud.com with photos of the damage, and we will work to resolve the issue.
